How do I register?

Please log on to https://oneconcept.com/conferences and go to the "REGISTER NOW" button.  Acceptable payments are VISA and Mastercard. No American Express at this time. (We recommend you always bring an email confirmation in case there is an issue at the door.)

Can I phone in to register?

YES, please call our registration desk at 877-387-9111 ext 112

Do I have to pre-register?

NO, but if you register on site, you will encounter line ups and you may not be able to get into the classes of your choice.

Is there an opportunity to pre-register on-site?

Yes, you will be able to pre-register at the Sheraton beginning Thursday May 16 on the Conference level.

What is the cost?

Our Conference pre-registration "Value Pass"  is $87  which gives you access to the trade hall for up to 3 days, access to ANY of the 1 hour CE classes. Our "ONE Concept Pass" is $349 but gives you full access for 3 days, includes as many paid classes and 1 hour classes that you can fit into your schedule, and a buffet lunch for 3 days. (this pass does not include the additional products distributed in the 3 hour aromatherapy class and the chair massage class)

Is there a student rate?

Students must register online for FREE Student Day. This gives them access to ONLY the SMART from the START Seminar (for Massage Therapy students) OR the SCORE Seminar (for Chiropractic students) and access to the trade show floor ON FRIDAY. NO ADDITIONAL CLASSES ARE INCLUDED. If a student would like to purchase a student registration for $39 they get access for all three days of the conference and to all one hour classes or students can volunteer and have the same access all weekend.

Education

What if I'm a student and I want to take classes?

You MUST register as an attendee and pay the pre-registration rate of $39.

How do I get my CE credits reported to my governing body?

For MT's and DC's, have your passport stamped at each class you attend and this is YOUR copy for your records. You need to make sure to be scanned in AND sign in and out of each class.
For DC's, you will have to visit the CE booth on site.

Do I get certificates for my classes?

You will receive a certificate for any FULL day classes.

Do I have to pay for 1 hour classes?

Anyone who has PAID for registration, OR has volunteered for a timeslot, the 1 hour classes are included AND you should pre-register online to guarantee your spot. The 3 hour classes are an additional $60 each and the full day classes are an additional $160 each. These classes need to be pre-registered for. Volunteers also get access to 1 hour classes at no extra cost.
