The Marketing and Network Support System includes:
i. Locator Feature:
All Members will be searchable through the ONE Concept Locator Feature by their establishment name, location, prices, services offered, and products sold. This ensures that potential clients will be able to find their location through a number of different avenues and can then learn more about their business through the Website Lite.
ii. Website Lite:
Each ONE Concept Member will have a Website Lite created for them which will contain a description of their practice, contact information, 4-5 pictures (of their choosing), pricing for services and products, logo (if applicable), and a direct link to their external site (if applicable).
iii. Marketing / Media / Advertising:
ONE Concept Members will receive marketing / media / advertising support through continual promotion of the ONE Concept brand which drives potential clients to the website and Locator Feature. Each Member will be benefit from this because their business is searchable on the Locator Feature and linked to their Website Lite.
iv. Use of the ONE Concept Decals:
ONE Concept Members will have use of ONE Concept decals for their store front windows, cash registers, and other appropriate places in their location to demonstrate their dedication to the ONE Concept environmental revolution.
2. Education and Training
Education and Training includes::
i. Canadian Massage Conference:
The Canadian Massage Conference is Canada's largest exhibition of massage products, continuing education and new business opportunities for therapists of all disciplines. ONE Concept Members will receive free admission to the annual Canadian Massage Conference. Additional staff will receive a discounted admission price.
ii. American Massage Conference:
The American Massage Conference (AMC) is North America’s newest exhibition of massage products, continuing education and new business opportunities for therapists of all disciplines. ONE Concept Members will receive free admission to the annual American Massage Conference. Additional staff will receive a discounted admission price.
iii. Videos:
Videos are a fundamental part of Training and Education because they are a tangible resource which Members can access at anytime and use not only to educate themselves, but their entire team. Some Training and Education video topics include: Cryoderm, Eve Taylor, and How to Green your Clinic.
iv. Newsletter:
ONE Concept Members will receive a quarterly newsletter which will provide them with the latest information on environmental best practices in the health and wellness industry, exclusive features on Members, upcoming events, new green products, and everything new and exciting in the field of Progressive Health Practitioners.
v. Site Consultations:
ONE Concept Members will receive a personalized site consultation in which they can learn more about how their establishment can become greener and more environmentally conscious. The information given in the site consultations are customized to their business. Some topics in the consultations include, but are not limited to: going paperless, saving energy, reducing waste, green products for their respected profession, and much more.
3. Products and Discounts
ONE Concept Members will have access to the latest and most innovative products on the market as the ONE Concept team is constantly searching for greener and more sustainable products. These products will also be featured in the Training and Education videos so Members can learn how to maximize their potential and the benefit to the client. Also, any product purchased by a ONE Concept Member through the Family Massage Therapy or ONE Concept stores will receive a 10% discount. Some products featured in the store include: Benefect, Cryoderm, Bon Vital, and Eve Taylor.
